Applications for the free airport pick-up service for new international students need to be made at least seven days before departure. You can book temporary accommodation at the same time.

If your flights change, you are able to change your existing booking details online up to 72 hours before your arrival. No changes can be made online within 72 hours of your arrival.

For emergency changes to the arrival date or time of your existing booking after the lock out period, please contact:

• during office hours call  (+61 8) 9490 2455, or 9490 2455 in Perth.

Starting an undergraduate or postgraduate degree

You can use your UWA student number and access code (emailed to you on receipt of your application to study at UWA) to apply online for airport pick-up and/or temporary accommodation.

• If you cannot find your access code, you can request it be sent to you again via the online form.
• Airport pick-up can only be guaranteed if your application is made at least seven days before departure.

Transferring from PSB Academy or Hong Kong University SPACE

If you are transferring to the UWA Crawley campus for the first time and wish to arrange for an airport pick-up and/or temporary accommodation, please complete this form:

Study Abroad or Exchange

If you have accepted your Offer from UWA and have already booked your flights, you can now pre-arrange a FREE airport pick-up, and if you need to, book some temporary accommodation for when you first arrive (if you haven't already arranged it).
Where possible, on-campus temporary accommodation can be arranged for you or assistance will be provided to find off-campus temporary accommodation.

How do I do it?

Log in to OASYS, your online application portal, using the log-ins you were provided during the application process.

This service will only be available once your signed acceptance of our offer has been processed.
You must submit your acceptance of our offer form at least 10 days before your arrival.
